How does the sizing run?
It’s a classic unisex fit: true to size for men, a little relaxed for women. For an oversized look, go one size up. Lay a sweatshirt you love flat and compare its chest width with the size chart.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes — choose 2 or 3 Pets and upload a photo of each. Type their names left to right; each portrait sits side by side with the names stitched below.
How big is the embroidery?
About 3.5″ (9 cm) wide for one pet, centered on the chest. Two pets are about 6.5″ (16.5 cm) across and three about 9″ (23 cm).
Which photo works best?
A sharp, bright, close photo of their face at eye level. Embroidery simplifies the tiniest details, so close-ups give the best likeness.
Will it hold up in the wash?
Yes. Wash it cold and inside out, and tumble dry low or hang it. The stitched portrait won’t crack or peel the way a print can.
How is it packed?
Folded and shipped in a plastic poly bag. Sending it as a gift? Add the gift-ready box (NZ$9.99) at checkout.
How do I know it will turn out right?
