Wrap a strip of paper or a soft tape just below the wrist bone, mark it and measure it flat.

Medium fits most women. The cuff opens about 1″ (2.5 cm) and bends a little either way.

How wide is the cuff?
About 6 mm (¼″) wide and 1.5 mm thick, polished on both sides — wide enough for three or four names, slim enough to wear every day.
What can I engrave?
Outside: names, a date or a few words, up to 40 characters, with a tiny heart at the end if you like. Inside: up to 40 characters — a short message she keeps to herself. Both sides use the font you choose. We engrave exactly what you type, capitals included; longer text is engraved a little smaller so it fits.
What is it made of? Will it tarnish?
Every cuff is 316L stainless steel. The gold and rose gold finishes are 18K gold plated over stainless steel. Stainless steel will not rust or turn skin green; take it off to swim or shower to keep the plated finishes bright.
Which size should I order?
Measure her wrist just below the wrist bone. Small (5.5″ / 14 cm) fits 5–5.75″ wrists, Medium (6.25″ / 16 cm) fits 5.75–6.5″ and Large (7″ / 18 cm) fits 6.5–7.5″. Not sure? Medium fits most women, and the open cuff bends a little either way.
