What kind of photo works best?
A clear, bright photo with the faces near the middle. We crop it to the heart shape, so one to three faces read best. Please upload the original photo, not a screenshot.
Can I add two photos?
Yes — choose 2 Photos and upload one for each side of the heart.
What can I engrave on the front?
Up to 4 lines of 12 characters on the large heart, or 2 lines of 10 on the small heart: a name, a date or a few words like “Always in my heart”. You can type a ♥ in the text. Engraving is free; leave it blank for a plain front.
Which size should I choose?
The small heart (about 0.9″ / 23 mm) is dainty and everyday; the large heart (about 1.4″ / 36 mm) shows the photo bigger and fits a longer engraving.
How long is the chain?
21.7″ (55 cm) with a 2″ (5 cm) extender, so you can wear it from about 21.7″ to 23.7″.
What is it made of?
The locket and chain are stainless steel. The gold and rose gold finishes are 18K gold or rose gold plated over stainless steel; like any plating, it wears with time. Take it off to swim or shower and keep it away from perfume and lotion to keep the color longer.
Can I order it in memory of someone?
Yes — many lockets are made to remember a parent, grandparent or friend, often with their years on the front, like 1948–2026. We treat every photo with care.
