FAQ
Questions,answered.
What gets personalized?
The swaddle carries their first and middle name, repeated all over. The knotted hat and beanie carry the first name, the sign shows both, and the bow headband is plain. Pick “No Sign” if you don’t need one.
Which colors can I choose?
Sage, dusty blue, blush, oatmeal, lavender or grey. The hat or headband and a printed sign come in the same color; engraved signs are natural wood.
How big is the swaddle?
42 × 42″ (107 × 107 cm) of lightweight stretch jersey — roomier than the usual 30 × 40″.
How do I know it will turn out right?
What you type is exactly what we print. Every piece is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
How long does it take?
Made to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. The delivery estimate above shows the dates.
Can you send it as a gift?
Yes — add the gift-ready box (CA$7.99) and it arrives wrapped, ready to hand over. Ship it straight to them at checkout.
