How do I add more than one pet?
Choose 2 or 3 Pets, then upload a photo of each. We sketch them together on one mug, with the names you type above them.
What does the color change?
The handle and the inside of the mug. The outside stays white so the sketch prints crisp; all eight colors are shown in the photos.
Which photo works best?
A sharp photo of their face at eye level, with good light on the fur. Send the original, not a screenshot.
How do I wash it?
By hand, with warm water and a soft sponge — that keeps the print looking its best.
How do I know it will turn out right?
We work from the photos you upload. Every mug is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
