How long can the name be?
Up to 12 characters, stitched in one line across the cuff. Shorter names are stitched a little larger — about 1.5–2″ (4–5 cm) tall.
Can I order one for my dog or cat?
Yes — type their name and tick “Add a paw print”. We stitch a small paw after the name in the same thread color.
Which thread color should I pick?
White or Gold stands out best on Red and Green. On Ivory, Beige and Gray, a darker shade such as Red, Burgundy, Forest Green, Navy or Chocolate reads best.
How do I order stockings for the whole family?
Personalize one stocking and add it to your cart, then do the next one. Each stocking can have its own color, name, font and thread.
Is the hook included?
No — you get one stocking with its knitted hanging loop. The hooks, garlands and decorations in our photos are not included.
How is it packed?
Folded and shipped in a plastic bag. Sending it as a gift? Add the gift-ready box (CA$7.99) at checkout.
How do I know it will turn out right?
We stitch the name exactly as you type it. Every stocking is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
