Which words can go on the chest?
Any word up to 14 letters: Grandma, Grammy, Nana, Gigi, Mimi, Oma, Mama, Mom — even Great Grandma. It’s stitched exactly as typed in our thin script; all lowercase looks like the photos.
How many names fit on the sleeve?
Up to 8. Type them separated by commas, in the order you want them from top to bottom. Up to 4 names are stitched about ¾″ (2 cm) tall; with 5 to 8 they’re a little smaller so they all fit above the cuff.
Which sleeve are the names on?
The left sleeve (her left as she wears it), on the forearm just above the cuff, with a small heart below the names.
What does “EST.” mean?
Established: the year she became Grandma (or Mama). It’s stitched small under the word, like “EST. 2020”. Leave the year blank to skip it.
Can I pick the thread color?
Yes — one color for all the embroidery, from eight. Choose one that stands out from the sweatshirt: black or brown on Sand, White, Sport Grey and Light Pink; white on Forest Green and Black.
How does the sizing run?
It’s a classic unisex fit: true to size for men, a little relaxed for women. For an oversized look, go one size up. Lay a sweatshirt you love flat and compare its chest width with the size chart.
