Need to change or cancel an order? Email hello@imade4u.com within 10 minutes of ordering, with “URGENT CHANGE” and your order number in the subject line. After 10 minutes, production starts quickly: if your item hasn’t been made yet, we can still cancel with a 20% material and labor fee; once it’s made, it can’t be cancelled.
