The Rainbow Bridge suncatcher is a paw print 4.5″ (11.4 cm) across, with their name (up to 10 letters) cut in birch wood over stained-glass-look acrylic, one of nine designs, and a verse on the rim or none. The portrait suncatcher prints their face from your photo in a stained-glass style on textured glass, 4″ to 12″ (10 to 30 cm) across, with a chain and a suction cup hook.
On the tree every Christmas. The framed memorial ornament holds a watercolor-style portrait with their name and dates behind glass, 2.5″ × 3.5″ (6.4 × 8.9 cm) in a gold-tone frame. The embroidered hoop ornament stitches one or two faces in a 4″ to 8″ (10 to 20 cm) wood hoop, with a name line of up to 20 characters and the year. For the first Christmas without them, order by Sunday, November 22 for delivery to New Zealand before Christmas.
To wear every day. The paw print necklace puts each name (up to 8 characters) on a 0.6″ (15 mm) paw; the pet portrait necklace engraves their face and name (up to 12 characters) on a 0.8″ (20 mm) disc, with up to 30 characters and a tiny paw on the back. Both take 1 to 5 pets, in stainless steel with a silver tone, 18K gold plated or rose gold plated finish.

What do you give someone who just lost their pet?
Something made from their pet: a suncatcher with the pet’s name for a sunny window, a framed ornament with their photo and dates, or a small paw print necklace. If you don’t have a good photo, the Rainbow Bridge suncatcher and the paw print necklace need only the name.
What should I write on a pet memorial gift?
Their name, with the years if there is room, or a short line such as “Forever in my heart”. Mind the space: up to 10 letters on the Rainbow Bridge suncatcher, 8 characters per paw on the paw print necklace, 12 for the name and 30 on the back of the portrait necklace, and 20 on the embroidered ornament.
When should you send a pet sympathy gift?
In the first week or two, while the loss is fresh, or later on a day that is hard: their birthday, the anniversary or the first holidays. Each piece is made to order in 3–5 business days, so allow for that plus shipping.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo of their face, taken at their eye level, with nothing cut off. A phone photo is fine; a screenshot or a photo of a printed photo loses detail, especially at small sizes like the 2.5″ × 3.5″ ornament.
Are the necklaces real gold?
No. The gold and rose gold finishes are 18K gold or rose gold plated over stainless steel; the silver tone is plain stainless steel.
