Machine or hand embroidery — which should I choose?
Machine embroidery is a crisp, flat satin stitch with fine detail, good for any font. Hand embroidery is a raised chain stitch in soft yarn with a cozy, handmade look, for a little extra (the price shows when you pick it); it suits script and rounded fonts best. Both are made in 3–5 business days.
Can I add more than one name?
Yes — choose “2 Names” or “3 Names” and each name is stitched under the one before. For a birth announcement, choose “Name + Birth Date”.
How do I know it will turn out right?
What you type is exactly what we stitch — the live preview shows your text, font, thread color and placement. Every blanket is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
How long does it take?
Made to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. The delivery estimate above shows the dates.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by the Christmas date shown under the price. That date is worked out for your country: 3–5 business days to embroider it, then free tracked shipping.
Can I send it straight to the parents?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a gift-ready box when you personalize it, so it arrives wrapped and ready to give.
What comes with the matching hat?
A ribbed cotton knit beanie with a fold-up cuff and a yarn pom-pom, in 0-12 months (4¾″ / 12 cm wide) or 1-4 years (5½″ / 14 cm wide) and 15 colors. One name is stitched on the cuff in the same font, thread and method as the blanket. The cuff holds one line, so pick one name of up to 8 letters.
Which characters can you embroider?
Letters (including accents like é, è and ñ), numbers, ♥ and common punctuation. Symbols such as ★ or emoji can’t be stitched.
