Measure your dog’s neck where the collar sits and add two fingers of room. S fits 11.8–15.7″ (30–40 cm), M 13.8–19.7″ (35–50 cm), L 15.7–23.6″ (40–60 cm). Between two sizes, pick the larger one.
How many letters fit?
Up to 10 characters for the name. The phone number (up to 14 characters) is stitched after it in the same thread, a little smaller.
Is the phone number extra?
No — it’s free. Leave the field empty if you want the name only.
Can I add a heart?
Yes — type ♥ right in the name, like Daisy ♥, and we stitch it after the name.
Is it only for dogs?
Size S fits most cats too, but it has a regular buckle, not a breakaway one, so use it only when your cat is supervised.
How long does it take?
