When do I need to order for Christmas?
By Sunday, November 22 for delivery to Canadian addresses before Christmas. That allows 3–5 business days to make it, 7–15 in transit and a few extra days for the December rush. Later orders are still made and shipped, but may arrive after the 25th.
Can you ship it straight to them?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a gift-ready box when you personalize it, so it arrives wrapped and ready to give.
Do you ship Christmas gifts outside the US?
Yes, to 15 more countries. Transit there takes 7–15 business days, so order a week or two earlier than for the US.
