Script (our default), Book or Handwritten — all three are shown in the photos. Dates print in a small classic serif under the name.
Is it only for pets who have passed?
Not at all — it makes a sweet “first Christmas” ornament too. Just leave the dates blank.

The gold-tone chain is attached, so it’s ready for the tree the day it arrives. It ships in a small paper box; add a gift-ready box if you’re sending it as a gift.
