FAQ
Questions,answered.
What are the designs?
Options 1–9 are the printed acrylic backgrounds in the design chart: 1 Cherry Blossom, 2 Rainbow Sparkle, 3 Rainbow Mosaic, 4 Sunflowers, 5 Ocean Waves, 6 Lavender, 7 Autumn Leaves, 8 Starry Night and 9 Butterflies. The birch paw print and their name sit on top of every design.
What do the verses say?
“If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever,” “Forever in my heart,” or “You left paw prints on my heart,” engraved along the bottom of the rim. Choose “No saying” for a plain rim.
How big is it, and what comes with it?
4.5″ (11.4 cm) across, plus the small hanging tab. A white satin ribbon comes with it for hanging, and it ships in a paper box; add a gift-ready box if you’re sending it as a gift.
How long can the name be?
Up to 10 letters, so every letter stays strong once it’s cut.
How do I know it will turn out right?
We cut exactly what you type. Every suncatcher is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
How long does it take?
Made to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. The delivery estimate above shows the dates.
