Which photo works best?
A sharp, bright photo of their face at eye level, with both ears in the frame. Embroidery simplifies the tiniest details, so a close-up gives the best likeness. A photo straight from your phone is fine.
Can I add more than one pet?
Yes — choose 2 or 3 Pets and upload a photo of each; they can come from different photos. They’re stitched side by side, and you can type their names left to right, e.g. Ozzy & Max.
Does it work for cats and other pets?
Yes — dogs, cats, rabbits, horses and more. If their face is clear in the photo, we can stitch it.
Will it look like my pet?
We turn your photo into a stitch pattern by hand, matching their colors, markings and ear shape, and every cap is checked against your photo before it ships. If we get it wrong, we remake it free.
How big is the embroidery?
About 2½″ (6 cm) tall for one pet, centered on the front. Two or three pets sit side by side, up to about 4¾″ (12 cm) across; on the Kids cap everything is a little smaller.
Do I have to add a name?
No — leave it blank for the portrait only. A name (or names, like Ozzy & Max) is stitched under the portrait for free, in one of 3 fonts and 6 thread colors.
Which size should I pick?
Adult fits head sizes 22–24″ (56–61 cm), which is most men and women. Kids fits 19¾–22½″ (50–57 cm), about ages 3 to 12. Both adjust with the brass buckle at the back.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold with a mild detergent and let it air dry on a rounded shape. Wash it on its own the first time, and don’t bleach, tumble dry or iron the embroidery.
How is it packed?
The soft, unstructured cap is shipped in a plastic bag and pops back into shape. Sending it as a gift? Add the gift-ready box (£3.99) at checkout.
How long does it take?
Made to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. The delivery estimate above shows the dates — order by then for Christmas.
