FAQ6 questions answered
What kind of photo works best?
A bright, sharp photo at eye level with the whole head and both ears in frame.
Is it a dog toy?
No. It is a keepsake for people. Please keep it away from chewing, because the squeaker and key ring are small parts.
What is on the back?
The same photo. Both sides are printed.
Can I use a cat or another pet?
Yes, any pet. We cut around the outline in your photo.
When will it arrive?
We make it in 3–5 business days and ship it with tracking; the delivery estimate above the button shows your dates.
What if something is wrong?
We check every keychain against your order. If something is wrong or it arrives damaged, we remake it free.
