Embroidered knit. The embroidered name blanket is soft cotton knit with a ribbed border, 30″ × 40″ (76 × 102 cm), in ten nursery colors. Embroider one name, two or three names for siblings and twins, or a name with the birth date, in 42 fonts and 13 thread colors, and add a matching knit hat if you like.
Printed minky. The wildflower blanket is minky plush printed with watercolor wildflowers and their name repeated edge to edge, so it shows however it is folded; or choose the name alone on white. 30″ × 40″ for the stroller, 50″ × 60″ (127 × 152 cm) to grow into.
Woven cotton and sets. The teddy bear blanket is jacquard-woven from 100% cotton with their name in the design, in three sizes up to an 80″ × 60″ throw. For the hospital, the swaddle set prints their name on a stretch jersey swaddle with a hat or headband, and the coming home set pairs a name blanket with an embroidered romper and hat.

Baby blankets are for cuddles, stroller rides, tummy time and photos, not for unsupervised sleep: the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends keeping blankets out of a baby’s sleep space for the first 12 months. What size baby blanket should I choose?
30″ × 40″ (76 × 102 cm) is the classic receiving and stroller size and the most popular for newborn photos. A 50″ × 60″ blanket lasts into the toddler years and works as a sofa throw.
Can I add more than one name?
Yes. The embroidered knit blanket takes one, two or three names (for siblings or twins), or a name with the birth date.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and do not bleach. Lay the knit blanket flat to dry; the minky blanket can be tumble dried on low. Each product page lists its own care.
Is a name blanket safe for sleep?
Not for unsupervised sleep. The AAP recommends keeping blankets out of a baby’s sleep space for the first 12 months, so use it for cuddles, the stroller, tummy time and photos.
