Both ornaments here are made from a photo of your pet. The wood slice ornament prints your dog or cat in full color on a natural wood slice with its bark edge, with their name in script. Choose one pet, or two side by side, in Standard (2.5–3″), Large (3.5–4″) or Extra Large (4.5–5″). Each slice varies a little in shape and grain, and it comes with jute twine for hanging, in a kraft paper box.
The framed memorial ornament holds a watercolor-style portrait behind glass in a small 2.5″ × 3.5″ gold-tone frame, with their name in script, book or handwritten lettering and their dates if you like. Leave the dates off and it becomes a first-Christmas ornament for a new puppy or kitten.
A clear, well-lit photo of your pet’s face works best at this small size. When should I order an ornament for Christmas?
By Sunday, November 22 for delivery to Irish addresses before Christmas. That allows 3–5 business days to make it, 7–15 business days in transit and a few extra days for the December rush. Later orders are still made and shipped, but may arrive after the 25th.
What can I put on a pet ornament?
Their name on both ornaments; the framed ornament can add their dates, such as “2012–2025”. On the two-pet wood slice, both names sit side by side.
Is the wood slice ornament painted by hand?
No. The portrait is printed in full color on the wood from your photo, so it looks like your pet rather than a generic breed.
How does it arrive?
The wood slice ornament comes with jute twine in a kraft paper box; the framed ornament has a gold-tone chain attached and comes in a small paper box.
