What’s the difference between Case Only and Case + Insert?
Case Only is the printed cover with a hidden zipper, to use with an insert you already have. Case + Insert comes with a matching polyester insert; it’s compressed for shipping, so give it a few hours to fluff back up.
Can I add dates or a message?
Yes — add dates or a short line (up to 24 characters) and it prints under their name, a little smaller.
What color is the name?
Dark brown on the light colors, cream on olive and black, so it always reads clearly.
Which photo works best?
A bright, sharp photo of their face at eye level. Send the original, not a screenshot.
How do I know it will turn out right?
We work from the photo you upload. Every pillow is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
