Why does tracking say “Label created”?
That’s normal: your order is packed and waiting for the carrier to collect it. Please allow 48–72 hours for the first scan.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
You ordered a personalized item, and it takes 3–5 business days to make it before it can ship.
Tracking stopped updating?
Email hello@imade4u.com with your order number and we’ll follow up with the carrier.
