Terms of service

Overview

Welcome to iMade4U, operated by Cloudtop International Limited (“iMade4U”, “we”, “us”). By using our website imade4u.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the policies they refer to: our Shipping policy, Returns & refunds and Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

General conditions

• You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the site.
• You agree to give accurate, current and complete information for your purchases and account, and to keep your login details safe.
• We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
• Your content (not including card details) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Card details are always encrypted in transfer.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Because each item is made for you, the full amount is charged when you place your order.
• We may limit quantities per person, household or order, and may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is mispriced or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we let you know and refund what you paid.
• Prices and products may change without notice, and we may correct errors in product information or pricing at any time.

Personalization and your content

When you personalize an item, you are responsible for the text and photos you submit. By submitting them, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they don’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.

You allow us to use your content only to make, check and deliver your order (see our Privacy policy). We may cancel, without prior notice, any order that contains copyrighted or trademarked material you don’t have rights to, or offensive content.

We make your item exactly as you enter it, so please check spelling, dates and photos before you order. Changes are possible within 2 hours of ordering; see Cancellations.

Product colors and details

We try to show colors and images accurately, but screens vary, and printed, engraved or embroidered items can look slightly different from what you see on your device. Small differences like these are normal and are not a defect.

Production, shipping and risk of loss

Personalized items are made to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking; details are in our Shipping policy. Items are shipped under a shipment contract: risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. This does not limit our quality guarantee: if your order arrives damaged, we remake or refund it as described in Returns & refunds.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Personalized items are final sale, except when they arrive damaged or defective or we got the personalization wrong; then we remake them free or refund you in full. Items without personalization can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in Returns & refunds.

Reviews, comments and other submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, ideas or other material, you agree we may use, display and publish them without obligation to you. You are responsible for what you submit: it must not be unlawful, abusive or misleading, infringe anyone’s rights, or contain malware. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site: for any unlawful purpose or to encourage others to break the law; to infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s; to harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect other people’s personal information; to spam, phish or scrape; or to interfere with the site’s security. We may end your use of the site if you do.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, photos and code, belong to iMade4U or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We don’t guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Except as stated in our policies, the site, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cloudtop International Limited and its directors, officers, employees and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss or claim, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of the site or any product. Where the law doesn’t allow these limits, our liability is limited as far as the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iMade4U, Cloudtop International Limited and its affiliates, partners, officers, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or anyone’s rights.

Severability, termination and entire agreement

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is enforced as far as the law allows and the rest stays in effect.
• These Terms apply until you or we end them. You can end them by no longer using the site; we may end them, or your access, if we believe you have broken them. Obligations that arose before that survive.
• These Terms and the policies on this site are the entire agreement between you and us, and replace any earlier agreements.

Governing law

These Terms, and any separate agreements under which we provide the Services, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
