Where does the engraving go?
Along the side of each bar, so it stays private — the stone faces out, your words face the wearer. Up to 10 characters per bar.
Can I add more than one bar?
Yes — choose 2, 3 or 4 bars and pick a stone and an engraving for each. The bars are linked side by side on one chain, in the order you enter them.
Can I choose any stone color?
Yes. Choose by birth month or simply the color they love.
How do I know it will turn out right?
We engrave exactly what you type, in the font shown in the preview. Every piece is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
How long does it take?
Made to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. The delivery estimate above shows the dates.
What comes with it?
The necklace with its chain and lobster clasp, in protective packaging. Tick the gift-ready box above (A$7.99) and it arrives boxed, ready to hand over.
How do I keep it shining?
Take it off to swim or shower, keep perfume and lotion away from it, and store it on its own so the chain doesn’t tangle. A soft cloth brings back the shine.
