FAQ
Questions,answered.
Is it real stained glass?
It’s a stained-glass-style portrait printed on textured glass, finished with a black rim. It isn’t assembled from cut glass pieces; the texture scatters the light the way stained glass does.
What comes with it?
A hanging chain and a suction cup hook, so it’s ready for the window the day it arrives. It ships in a paper box; add a gift-ready box if you’re sending it as a gift.
What does the border color change?
The ring of colored glass around the portrait. All seven are shown in the photos, on finished pieces.
Which photo works best?
A bright, sharp photo at their eye level with their face clearly visible. Phone photos are fine — send the original, not a screenshot.
How do I know it will turn out right?
We work from the photo you upload and draw every piece to order. Every suncatcher is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
How long does it take?
Made to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. The delivery estimate above shows the dates.
