How do I find the coordinates?
In Google Maps, press and hold (or right-click) the exact spot and copy the numbers that appear. Paste them in as they are — we engrave them exactly as typed.
What goes on the short bar?
Usually the date — like 8.15.19 — but initials or a short word work too. Up to 10 characters; leave it blank for a plain bar.
What is gold fill?
A thick layer of 14K gold bonded to a brass core — far more gold than plating, so it keeps its color with everyday wear. The sterling silver option is solid .925 silver.
How do I know it will turn out right?
We engrave exactly what you type, in the font you choose. Every piece is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
