Care
It has a plated finish: take it off before swimming or showering, and keep it away from perfume and lotion to keep the color longer. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store it on its own so it doesn’t scratch.

What handwriting works?
Any: a signature, a note, a line from a card or letter. Photograph it flat in good light; dark ink on light paper works best. We trace and clean it up by hand.
½″ or ¾″?
The ½″ disc is dainty and suits a signature or a word or two; the ¾″ disc has room for a short note.
Can you engrave the back?
Yes — choose “Front & back” and type up to 24 characters, like a name, a date or “Always with me”. We engrave them in a simple serif font, exactly as typed.
What is it made of?
Stainless steel with an 18K gold plated finish, disc and chain. The gold color is a plating, and like any plating it wears with time. To keep it longer, take it off before swimming or showering, and keep it away from perfume and lotion.
Can I use a message from someone who has passed?
Yes — many customers do, and we treat every note with care.
