Where are your products shipped from?
While our company (Cloudtop International Limited) is headquartered in Hong Kong, our products are crafted and shipped directly from our partner manufacturing facilities in Asia (Mainland China). This direct-to-consumer model allows us to offer you high-quality custom gifts at the most competitive prices!
How long will it take to get my order?
- Custom Items: 3-5 business days to produce + 7-12 days for shipping.
- Ready-to-Ship Gadgets: Ship within 24 hours, arrive in 5-8 days.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Because items are shipped internationally, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.

What if I made a mistake in my text/photo?
You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to contact us for changes. Please email hello@imade4u.com immediately with the subject "URGENT CHANGE".
💳 Returns & Payments
Can I return a custom item?
Because the item is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind". However, if your item arrives damaged or with a print error, we will send a FREE replacement. Email us a photo of the issue!
