Here are the most common questions about our custom gifts and gadgets.

Shipping & Tracking
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on what you ordered:
  • Custom Items (e.g., Face Pajamas): These take 3-5 business days to produce, plus 7-12 days for shipping. Total: 10-17 days.
  • Novelty Gadgets (Ready-to-Ship): These ship within 24 hours and typically arrive in 5-8 days.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Don't worry! We ship items as soon as they are ready. Since our Custom Workshop and Ready-Stock Warehouse are in different locations, your custom pajamas and your novelty gadget might arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking numbers for both.
My tracking says "Label Created" but isn't moving?
This is normal for custom items! It means your item is finished, packed, and waiting for the carrier pickup. Please allow 24-48 hours for the first scan update.
Customization & Quality
Will the photo on my product look good?
Our design team reviews every photo! To ensure the best result, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting. Avoid blurry, dark, or zoomed-out photos.

💡 Tip: Close-up selfies usually work best for face pajamas!
What if I made a mistake in my text/photo?
We process orders fast! You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to contact us for any changes. Please email hello@imade4u.com immediately with the subject "URGENT CHANGE". After 2 hours, production may have already started.
Do you offer a preview before printing?
To ensure fast delivery, we do not send digital proofs for approval. However, our skilled designers will crop and adjust your photo to fit the product perfectly. If your photo quality is too low, we will email you to ask for a new one.
Returns & Payments
Can I return a custom item?
Because the item is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind". However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will send a FREE replacement immediately. Just email us a photo of the issue!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options like Klarna and Shop Pay Installments at checkout.
Is there an invoice in the package? (I'm sending a gift)
No! We know many of our orders are gifts. We do not include pricing or invoices inside the package. The recipient will only see the beautiful item you created for them.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! Whether it's for a bridal party, a family reunion, or a corporate event, we offer "Buy More, Save More" discounts.
