How long will it take to receive my order?
Since we offer both handmade custom gifts and ready-to-ship gadgets, delivery times vary by product type:
- Custom Items (e.g., Face Pajamas, Engraved Jewelry): Please allow 3-5 business days for our artisans to hand-craft your item. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 7-12 business days. Total estimated wait: 10-17 days.
- Novelty Gadgets (Ready-to-Ship): These items are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 5-8 business days.
- Shipping Cost: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $49 USD.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don't worry, the rest is on the way! Because we have a dedicated Custom Workshop for personalized items and a separate Warehouse for ready-stock gadgets, we often ship items separately to get them to you as fast as possible. You will receive separate tracking emails for each package.
My tracking status says "Label Created" but it hasn't moved for days. Is it lost?
This is completely normal for custom items! "Label Created" means your unique gift has finished production and is packed, waiting for the carrier to scan it at the sorting facility. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking history to update after the label is generated.
Will the photo I uploaded look good on the product?
Our design team reviews every single photo! To get the best result, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting.
- Note: If your photo quality is too low to print, we will email you to request a new one, which might slightly delay production.
Can I see a preview/proof of my custom item before you print it?
To ensure we can ship your order as fast as possible (within 3-5 days), we do not send digital proofs for approval. However, trust us—our skilled designers are experts at cropping backgrounds and optimizing your photo to ensure it looks perfect on the product.
I made a mistake (wrong spelling/photo). Can I change it?
We process orders very quickly. You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to contact us for changes. Please email hello@imade4u.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT CHANGE". If more than 2 hours have passed, your item may already be in production and cannot be changed.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Because custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or "wrong size ordered." However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please email us a photo, and we will send a FREE replacement immediately.
I am sending this as a gift. Will the price be shown on the packing slip?
No, we never include prices on our packing slips. We know that many of our customers send iMade4U products as gifts, so the package will arrive looking professional without revealing the cost.
Do you offer discounts for group orders (e.g., Bridal Parties, Corporate Events)?
