How do I personalize my item?
Open any product, type your text, choose your options or upload a photo. The preview on the product page updates as you go, and we make your item exactly as you enter it.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Add a gift-ready box when you personalize your item and it arrives wrapped and ready to give.
How long will my order take?
Personalized items take 3–5 business days to make. Shipping to the US then takes 7–12 business days, so most US orders arrive 10–17 business days after you order. Items without personalization ship in 1–3 business days. Around peak holidays, allow 2–3 extra business days.
What if my item arrives damaged or the personalization is wrong?
We remake it free or refund you in full. Email us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery; you don’t need to send the item back.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because it’s made just for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size ordered. Our quality guarantee still covers damage, defects and personalization errors.
