Since customized items are made specifically for you using your provided photos or text, we cannot accept returns for "Change of Mind" or "Wrong Size Ordered". Please double-check your uploaded photos, spelling, and size charts before confirming your order.

We stand 100% behind our craftsmanship. We will offer a Free Replacement or Full Refund immediately if:
- Print/Quality Error: The print is blurry, peeled, or significantly different from the preview.
- Damaged Arrival: The item arrived broken or damaged in transit.
- Production Error: We sent the wrong size, color, or item.
Returns & Exchanges Details
A. Personalized & Custom Items
Because these items are crafted uniquely for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
- Eligible for Return? No (Final Sale).
- Defective/Damaged? Yes! Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo proof for a free replacement or refund. You do not need to ship the defective custom item back to us.
B. Standard Novelty Items (Non-Customized)
For non-customized "Ready-to-Ship" items, we offer a standard return window.
- Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and resellable.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee (No Restocking Fee).
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
C. Order Cancellations
- First 2 Hours: Free cancellation. Full refund.
- After 2 Hours: Production has likely started. A 20% material and labor fee will be deducted if cancellation is still possible.
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

How to Start a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without contacting us first.
Step 1: To report an issue or initiate a return, please email us at hello@imade4u.com with your Order # and a Photo of the item (if defective).
Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Once approved, please ship the non-custom item back to our official company return address:

Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 3-5 business days.
