Since iMade4U allows you to upload photos and text for customization, you are solely responsible for the content you submit. You confirm that you own the rights to any image you upload. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains copyrighted material or offensive content without prior notice.
3. Product Accuracy & Modifications
We have made every effort to display colors and images accurately. However, computer monitors vary, and printed colors on physical items may differ slightly from a digital screen. This is standard and not considered a defect.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Custom Products are Final Sale. Novelty Items are returnable within 14 days if unused. Please review our full Refund Policy.

You are prohibited from using the site to violate any international, federal, or local laws, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.
