By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

2. User-Generated Content (Important)

Since iMade4U allows you to upload photos and text for customization, you are solely responsible for the content you submit.

A. Copyright & Ownership

You confirm that you own the rights to any image you upload, or have explicit permission to use it. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains copyrighted material (e.g., Disney characters, celebrity photos) or offensive content (e.g., hate speech, explicit imagery) without prior notice.

B. License

By uploading content, you grant iMade4U a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order (printing/engraving).

3. Product Accuracy & Modifications

A. Color & Image Disclaimer

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, computer monitors vary, and printed colors on fabric or metal may differ slightly from what you see on a digital screen. This is standard in the printing industry and is not considered a defect.

B. Errors & Corrections

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All items purchased from iMade4U are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FedEx, USPS, etc.).

While we assist with lost package claims, iMade4U is not financially liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing (e.g., stolen from porch), unless Shipping Protection was purchased.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy is a core part of these Terms:

  • Custom Products: Final Sale. No returns for change of mind.
  • Novelty Items: Returnable within 14 days if unused.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose;
  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;

IN NO CASE SHALL IMADE4U, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless iMade4U and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
