1. Production vs. Shipping Time

At iMade4U, we offer both unique personalized gifts and ready-to-ship novelty gadgets. It is important to understand the difference between "Production Time" and "Shipping Time".

A. Customized Items (Made-to-Order)

These items (e.g., face pajamas, engraved jewelry) are hand-crafted specifically for you.

  • Production Time: 3 - 5 Business Days.
  • Shipping Time: 7 - 12 Business Days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 10 - 17 Business Days.

B. Novelty Gadgets (Ready Stock)

These items are pre-stocked in our warehouse and ready to go.

  • Processing Time: 1 Business Day (Dispatches within 24 hours).
  • Shipping Time: 5 - 8 Business Days.
High Season Notice: During holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day), production time for custom items may extend by 2-3 days due to high volume. Please order early!

2. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

Don't panic if your order arrives in separate packages! This is intentional because:

  • Different Warehouses: Our custom workshop and our ready-stock warehouse are in different locations.
  • Speed: If one item is ready, we ship it immediately rather than making you wait for the whole order to be completed.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package via email.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your order status here:

*Please allow 1-2 days for the carrier to scan your package and for the tracking info to update in the system.

4. Modification & Cancellation Policy

We work fast to get your custom gifts made. Because personalized items enter production almost immediately:

⚠️ The 2-Hour Rule:
You may cancel or change your address/customization details within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • First 2 Hours: Free cancellation/modification.
  • After 2 Hours: Production has started. A 20% material fee will be deducted if you wish to cancel.
  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled. You must wait to receive the item.

To request a change, email hello@imade4u.com with the subject line "URGENT: Order Change".

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it:

  1. Check Surroundings: Couriers often hide packages behind bushes or at side doors to prevent theft.
  2. Check Neighbors: It may have been delivered next door by mistake.
  3. Wait 24 Hours: Carriers sometimes scan items as delivered prematurely.

Shipping Protection

  • If you purchased Insurance: We will reship a replacement immediately free of charge.
  • No Insurance: iMade4U is not liable for lost packages if the carrier provides proof of delivery to the correct address. However, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
