Payment Timing & Processing
When am I charged?
Custom Products: Because your order involves personalized manufacturing (printing, engraving, etc.), payment is captured in full at the time of checkout. This allows us to immediately allocate materials and schedule your item for production.
Pre-authorization Holds
In some cases, you may see a "pending" transaction on your statement. This is a pre-authorization hold to verify funds. If an order is canceled before processing, this hold will drop off automatically within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Sales Tax
iMade4U collects sales tax in accordance with US state laws. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If you represent a tax-exempt organization regarding a bulk order, please contact us before placing your order.
