The 18K Gold Plated and Rose Gold Plated finishes are a plating that wears with time: take it off before swimming or showering, and keep it away from perfume and lotion to keep the color longer. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth.

How do I find the coordinates?
In Google Maps, press and hold (or right-click) the exact spot and copy the numbers that appear. Paste them in as they are — we engrave them exactly as typed.
What goes on the short bar?
Usually the date — like 8.15.19 — but initials or a short word work too. Up to 10 characters; leave it blank for a plain bar.
What is it made of?
Both bars and the chain are stainless steel. Silver Tone is the polished steel itself; 18K Gold Plated and Rose Gold Plated are a plating over the steel, and like any plating the color wears with time. Take it off before swimming or showering, and keep it away from perfume and lotion to keep the color longer.
How is it packed?
In protective packaging. Sending it as a gift? Add the gift-ready box ($4.99) at checkout.
