Take it off for swimming, showers and cleaning. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth. Check the side screw is tight before you wear it; for a permanent seal, add a drop of jewelry glue to the thread.

How do I fill it?
Unscrew the tiny plug in the side of the paw, add a pinch of ashes, fur or soil with a small spoon or a rolled paper funnel, and screw it back tight. It holds only a small amount. For a permanent seal, put a drop of jewelry glue on the thread first.
What can you engrave?
Up to 2 lines on the back, 10 characters each — for example the name on line 1 and the years on line 2. We engrave it exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling.
Is it real silver or gold?
No. It is stainless steel. The gold tone is gold-colour plated over stainless steel. It doesn't rust and is fine for everyday wear.
Is it waterproof?
The plug screws in tight with a small rubber ring, but it is not sealed against water. Take it off for swimming and showers, or seal the thread with a drop of jewelry glue.
When will it arrive?
