Can I include more than one pet?
Yes — choose 2 or 3 Pets & Name and upload a photo of each. Type their names in the name box, left to right; each name is stitched under its pet.
What is “Cover Only”?
The embroidered cover on its own, with one pet and their name, and no insert — for a pillow form you already have. Every other style comes with a polyester fiber insert.
What color is the pillow?
Olive green ribbed corduroy, as in the photos, with a hidden zipper.
Which photo works best?
A sharp, bright photo of their face at eye level. Embroidery simplifies tiny details, so close-ups work best.
How do I know it will turn out right?
We embroider from the photo you upload and stitch the name exactly as typed. Every pillow is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
