FAQ
Questions,answered.
Which lettering can I choose?
Script (our default), Book or Handwritten — all three are shown in the photos. Dates print in a small classic serif under the name.
Is it only for pets who have passed?
Not at all — it makes a sweet “first Christmas” ornament too. Just leave the dates blank.
What comes with it?
The gold-tone chain is attached, so it’s ready for the tree the day it arrives. It ships in a small paper box; add a gift-ready box if you’re sending it as a gift.
Which photo works best?
A clear photo of their face at eye level. The frame is small, so close-ups beat wide shots.
How do I know it will turn out right?
We work from the photo you upload. Every ornament is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
How long does it take?
Made to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. The delivery estimate above shows the dates.
