To get your order to you as fast as possible, we send it directly to production once you checkout. Rest assured, our design team reviews every photo and text submission to ensure it looks amazing before we start crafting.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand by our quality 100%. If your item arrives damaged or there is a customization error on our end, simply contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We will happily send a replacement or offer a refund—your happiness is our priority.
