Contains small parts: the wooden pegs and thin pieces such as the letters I and J or the number 1 can be a choking hazard for children under 3. Not a teething toy. Check the pieces and pegs before each play and put the puzzle away if anything is loose or damaged.

How many letters fit?
Up to 9 letters. For a name-only board, pick 1–5 or 6–9 letters to match the name.
Can I add a space, number or accent?
No — each letter is cut as its own wooden piece, so names use the letters A–Z only.
Can you engrave a message on the back?
Yes — choose “Back Engraving” or “Stand + Back Engraving” under Extras and type up to 60 characters: a birthday wish, a date, who it’s from. We laser-engrave it centered on the back of the board.
What is the display stand?
A simple natural-wood base with a groove that holds the puzzle upright on a shelf or dresser, so it doubles as nursery decor between plays.
What age is it for?
Little learners from about 12 months, always with an adult nearby. The pegs and thin letters are small parts, so it isn’t for unsupervised play under 3.
How do I know it will turn out right?
What you type is exactly what we cut. Every piece is checked by hand against your order before it ships, and if we ever get it wrong, we remake it free.
